Fuego, named the best new restaurant of 2021, is the new release of the chef, Christian Bravo.
To make it, Christian had to prepared himself years ago by traveling to Texas to refine his knowledge on BBQ smoke. He was on the best BBQ spots and had specialized courses on cuts and cattle in A&M University, also he continued his learning journey in Mexico, Spain and Japan.
We designed an identity classy but at the same time modern, hinting at the fire with the letter E and in a vertical way because of the cooking Japanese technique of meat called kamado.
